Normal Policies

 

  • Rods ship for a flat rate of $20 per tube. (A tube will hold one to about eight rods.)
  • Rods with owners name made into the rod require a $40 deposit before I finish over the name.
  • Repairs to rods built by me are normally free for the life of the rod.  Example--a rod is stepped on and a guide is damaged, replacement of that guide would be free.
  • Warranty--Broken rods after the first year are shipped to the blank manufacturer (G Loomis or St Croix) by you, with instructions to return new blank to Francis Custom Rods for rebuilding.
  • All work is guaranteed!  If you purchase a rod and are not satisfied for any reason, simply return it for another or for your money back, your choice!
  • Virginia residents and orders picked up at shop will pay 5% sales tax.
  • Rods damaged due to abuse repaired for a fee.
